Still voted for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Sorry for tipping the scale, Steph2. I wasn't too crazy about Sweeney Todd, but it certainly commits less offenses than that sugar-high concoction featuring Johnny Depp's worst hairdo captured on camera!

I saw TDBTB over the weekend, and it really has taken the last few days to let the film sink in. I left the movie theater feeling peculiar - both very sad and yet uplifted by the story. I had so much respect for actor Mathieu Almaric to convey so many emotions through ONE EYE. (I wish he had been n...

I voted for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Because I adored Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka, I was completely turned off by Johnny Depp's weird interpretation and the overall film was just too visually excessive. Watching the movie was like gorging on too much candy and vomiting it all up.

Daniel Day-Lewis is such a class act! Now, I'll be rooting for him at next month's Oscars all the more. Love him! :)

After seeing There Will Be Blood l ast night, I'm changing my prediction to No Country For Old Men for Picture/Director. I'm inclined to agree with this! I saw both films, and Daniel Day-Lewis is clearly the best thing about TWBB. I don't see it becoming more popular than No Country for Old Men.

Actually, I'm not being negative. I'm simply predicting that the songs from Enchanted will split the vote.

Don't know why Jack Nicholson is making these kinds of statements (or why his comments are being twisted) but whatever... From Times Online Author: Garth Pearce Sunday, January 27 Heath Ledger Was a Lonesome Cowboy Jack Nicholson pointedly lit up a cigarette in the public area of Claridge’s and gav...

"I served you Food at Brawta. Your Favorite. Jerk Chicken." A couple of blocks away from the house is a Caribbean restaurant called the Brawta Caribbean Café. Restaurant owner Jennifer Ewers said Ledger was a regular. He would sit at a table near the window, where he enjoyed his usual ord...

How about this:

James Dean (Rebel without a Cause) - Natalie Wood (Inside Daisy Clover) - Christopher Plummer (The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus) - Heath Ledger

Does the last film still count?

If you haven't heard about it but you're curious, just do a quick google search for "John Gibson" and "Heath Ledger." It should pop up easily. Fox News has sunk to an all time new low. God! First, that stupid, asinine church out in Kansas plans to protest a Heath Ledger memorial...

That doesn't surprise me, Damien. In some recent interviews, the shakiness and dark glasses kind of clued me in.

BTW, where is Jake Gyllenhaal? Of all the different celebrities who've weighed in on the tragedy, he is conspicuously absent in all this.
