You seriously don't think Spielberg has a good shot at getting nominated? Well, I guess I'm going with the off-sync predictions then.
Alejandro González Iñárritu, The Revenant
Todd Haynes, Carol
Thomas McCarthy, Spotlight
George Miller, Mad Max - Fury Road
Steven Spielberg, Bridge of Spies
AMPAS, I think, will nominate Adam McKay instead of George Miller. That's the way I'm seeing it at the moment.
Edit. I'm really uncertain about these.

Re: DGA Predictions
I'd also say BJ's list looks more believable for DGA -- Magilla's list would be slightly optimistic even for a directors' branch roster. (Though I've flirted with the idea of Abrahamson myself.)
The confusion of the season leaves me less inclined than usual to take a stab at predicting myself. It's so rare to have a year with so many unexpected turns, and I'm so enjoying them, that I'm inclined to let certain minor moments wash over me, rather than trying to anticipate them. I'll save my energy for the lead-in to Thursday, where, finally, a whole lot of chips are going to be on the table.

I'm going to predict that Todd Haynes gets left off here, but still makes it in with the Academy over...somebody. Haynes strikes me as the most obvious candidate to benefit from support by the crowd that rallied behind Terrence Malick and Michael Haneke in recent years. Also, just based on my conversations with friends (i.e. WGA & DGA members), Carol simply isn't very well-liked among the rank-and-file industry crowd.
I also think there's an outside chance Spielberg makes a showing here.
