"I'll have what she's having" from When Harry Met Sally has got to be one of the more famous.
"Well, I certainly hope you'll die soon" from Broadcast News is also memorable.

I was remembering Annie Hall and thought about how several of the funniest lines in the film came from unnamed characters who only said that one line: "I forgot my mantra," "Touch my heart with your foot," "We use a large vibrating egg," "What an asshole!" and, of course, "I'm into leather." Can anyone come up with similar examples in other films?
