Thanks for the warm birthday wishes, everyone. I always look forward to coming to my thread here.
I was in South Beach for the past five days and had an incredible birthday celebration with some good friends. I even got what I wanted most and thought would be impossible to secure: a repeat performance by my favorite drag queen of the Grace Jones version of "La Vie en Rose", something I saw her do at New Year's and wanted for my birthday. She did it for me and then brought me up on stage (I was shirtless and dripping sweat at that point, of course...LOL) and sang me happy birthday in French. It was fucking fabulous!
Anyway, thanks again.
