It was completely stupid. I was arguing that there isn't a need for the death penalty and he was rather assertive about his position. It went on this board and off this board for some time, and then Wes told him that if he did not stop he would be kicked off. Or something like that. It happened roughly a year ago and it didn't need to escalate the way it did. It wasn't a terribly fun debate for me (I've had better), but his was a welcome presence on this board and I'm sorry things ended the way thhey did. It was stupid.

He got angry and left a long time ago. I think it was over something political (capital punishment discussion, I think), but I don't remember how long ago it was. Probably about a year or so.
