This is SLIGHTLY more contentious category than International Feature so I'm posting this first. The consensus is Summer of Soul but Flee got two other nominations and has passionate fans. This category is PROBABLY its best chance at a win so could it be enough to upset the presumed front-runner? I don't know. Attica did win the DGA so that could spoil but it's doubtful. It could just really be Summer of Soul.
Fun fact: If Summer of Soul wins, this would be the second year in a row a late show bandleader wins an Oscar. Is Reggie Watts next? LOL.
