I read somewhere she is quite ill and may be in need of a kidney transplant soon.

Their guest singers are never any good. Even the respectable artists turn in crappy performances on elimination night.

See, I thought Natalie Cole wasn't that good. It was either that or the song was craptastic.

I wish she had sung "Needing You".

And are you guys sure these aren't online sales? B/c I also haven't heard a damned thing out of Jordin Sparks (I don't listen to the radio, but I've heard what everyone else BUT Jordin Sparks is doing. I've even heard about Taylor Hicks).

She was nominated for the Grammy for Best Pop Collaboration with Chris Brown. I don't know if she could have landed a nomination solo.

It also depends on what city you're radio station is based in. There are different demographics to cater to.

Maybe you've heard them but didn't know they were Jordin Sparks'. I hear Jordin Sparks on the radio all the time over here ("One Step at a Time", "Tattoo", "No Air"). Admittedly, it took her a while to catch on but once she did, she hit big.

Jordin Sparks had 3 hit singles, a Grammy nomination and her album went platinum in less than a year. I wouldn't call her "forgettable".

The strange things are that A) they did a bottom three tonight which they have never done past top six; B) Adam was the one who had to choose between two groups which the Chosen One never, ever, ever has to do; and C) there was no "America what have you done?" lecture.

Nope. We drove down and stayed the night so we could go to the show.

And how freaky is that. Adam was in the bottom three, more specifically the bottom two. Now Gackey is the only one left who hasn't been in the bottom 3.
