Sadly, Dad had to sell it a few years later when he went into debt; we don't know where it is, my brother has been trying to track it down for years. I hope it's still in one piece.

Amazing. What a nice legacy. Where is the replica now?

I have to share this: my father, David Jones, who passed away Sept. 10, 2005, spent over a decade building a replica of a German WWII fighter aircraft, the FW-190; in the early 90s, Dad and the plane were featured in an episode of Wings of the Luftwaffe, and his segment has turned up on youtube.
