I stopped at McDonald's for a quick lunch and I noticed the passenger in the car in front of me was bobbing up and down seemingly at random, it was obvious he wasn't giving someone a blow job and didn't seem like he was using a pump of any kind, so I assume he was handicapped.
The bumper sticker on the car said "at least I can still smoke in my own car". It's incredibly sad that people would subject those who don't have a choice to a smoke-filled environment.
