WANTED: Web Comic Strip Illustrator

I have this idea for a web comic. The only problem is, I have all these gags and little stories that are perfect for it but I can't draw for shit and even if I could, I don't know how to input it into a computer and make it look good on-line.

Now, I need someone who can do that for me. I would write the material and the script. S/he will draw, design the characters and do the lay out. If you can design and manage the website that would house the comic strip, that would be great but not necessary.

No pay, of course but internet exposure is always priceless.
