Re: Your best picture ballot
Just a quick glance over our on ballots I strongly suspect Parasite would have been the winner.
It was first choice for 9 ballots, whilst the other 9 ballots were divided between 1917, Little Women & The Irishman (sorry if I missed another film).
Also, Parasite was in the top 5 of every ballot so I think I'm pretty safe in saying it was the boards collective choice.

Re: Your best picture ballot
The truncated season made it even harder than usual for me to see all the Best Picture nominees before they open the envelopes, but I made it, just barely
1. Parasite
2. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
3. The Irishman
4. Joker
5. 1917
6. Marriage Story
7. Jojo Rabbit
8. Ford v. Ferrari
9. Little Women
Overall, I liked this line-up a lot more than the hugely disappointing group of nominees last year
Unfortunately the Best Picture frontrunner 1917 was a disappointment relative to my expectations. It's technically splendid - and Roger Deakins will certainly deserve his second Oscar win for this - but the story is way too linear and ordinary for my taste
My main problem with Little Women is just that it's the fourth adaptation of the same novel that I've seen and the premise just doesn't appeal to me that much. I'm sure I would've liked it more if I hadn't seen the other three versions (two of them relatively recently)
1. Parasite
2. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
3. The Irishman
4. Joker
5. 1917
6. Marriage Story
7. Jojo Rabbit
8. Ford v. Ferrari
9. Little Women

This is a way stronger lineup than last year where I actually outright disliked two of the nominees and was "eh" with the winner. I actually really loved the top 6. I liked #7 a lot. Even my least favorite. Joker had I think more going for it than last year's winner.
EDIT: Little Women now edited in.

1- Little Women
2- The Irishman
3- Parasite
4- Marriage Story
5- 1917
6- Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
7- Joker
8- Ford v Ferrari
9- Jojo Rabbit
Overall I think it's a good lineup. Jojo Rabbit is the only I don't have anything at all positive to say about, and I think the top four are all genuinely great or near-great.

I'd say The Irishman is far closer to an epic than 1917, unless your definition of epic is big and loud.
