I was hopng rain Bard would chime in here. He is very knowledgable about this era, but if he doesn't soon, then, yes, we'll have to go to round two without him, in which case Oscar Guy and Hustelr would lead it off.

Not lost, just hard to find. Per IMDb., it exists as an archive print minus the main title at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC.
