Group 1: Replace Richard Brooks in Best Director with John Ford for 7 Women. I've been debating whether or not to put him in or one of the ladies (Leighton--my favorite performance in the film--or Bancroft) in, and ultimately sided with Ford.

Group 2: Replace Georgy Girl in Black and White Cinematography with The Shop on Main Street.

Group 2: Replace Grand Prix in Editing with 7 Women.

Group 3: Dump The Fortune Cookie in B&W Art Direction and put The Shop in Main Street in its place.

Group 3: Replace Fantastic Voyage in Color Art Direction with 7 Women.
