I’m sure there are others, but off the top of my head sans research:

Network = 5: Faye Dunaway (Actress)*, Peter Finch (Actor)*, William Holden (Actor), Beatrice Straight (Supporting Actress)*, Ned Beatty (Supporting Actor)

A Streetcar Named Desire = 4: Vivien Leigh (Actress)*, Marlon Brando (Actor)*, Kim Hunter (Supporting Actress)*, Karl Malden (Supporting Actor)*

Both Network and Streetcar are tied at winning the most acting Oscars from any one movie (three).

Chicago = 4: Renee Zellweger (Actress), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Supporting Actress)*, Queen Latifah (Supporting Actress), John C. Reilly (Supporting Actor)

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? = 4: Elizabeth Taylor (Actress)*, Richard Burton (Actor), Sandy Dennis (Supporting Actress)*, George Segal (Supporting Actor)

Peyton Place = 4: Lana Turner (Actress), Hope Lange (Supporting Actress), Diane Varsi (Supporting Actress), Arthur Kennedy (Supporting Actor)

With Doubt poised to receive a possible 4 nominations in the acting category, which films have received 4 or more Oscar nominations for acting? Here's the list I've come up with:

*won

The Godfather Part II = 5 (Al Pacino, Robert De Niro*, Michael V. Gazzo, Lee Strasberg, Talia Shire)

The Godfather = 4 (Marlon Brando*, Robert Duvall, James Caan, Al Pacino)

Tom Jones = 4 (Albert Finney, Edith Evans, Joyce Redman, Diane Cilento)

Coming Home = 4 (Jon Voight*, Jane Fonda*, Penelope Milford, Bruce Dern)

Reds = 4 (Warren Beatty, Diane Keaton, Jack Nicholson, Maureen Stapleton*)

What else?
