See the thread Still Missing on DVD in the DVD section for an exhaustive discussion on The Pied Piper. High, Wide and Handsome used to be shown fairly regularly on one or the other, but I haven't seen it in a while.

Anyone know if these two films ever show up on TV? I would love to see Tall, Dark, and Handsome and especially The Pied Piper (I have never seen Monty Woolley in a movie and understand this is his greatest performance). Do these ever pop up on FMC or TCM?
