Wow, in all my years on the Board, this is the first time I've ever won a contest.

Thanks Kova for masterminding it!

And the winner of this year's Golden Globe prediction contest is:

Damien, who defeated Anon by scoring two points in the Foreign Film category.

Here are the top 10 entrants (according to the tie-break rule and, again, not counting the Animated Feature category):

1. Damien (24 points, 2 points in Foreign Language Film)
2. Anon (24 points, 1 point in Foreign Language Film)
3. Original BJ (22 points, 2 points in Foreign Language Film)
4. Mister Tee (22 points, 1 point in Foreign Language Film)
5. Hustler (21 points, 1 point in Picture--Drama)
6. (tie) Big Magilla
Precious Doll (21 points, 0 points in Picture--Drama, tied in all tie-breaker categories)
8. OscarGuy (20 points, 2 points in Picture--Drama, Picture--Comedy, and Foreign Language Film)
9. Sabin (20 points, 2 points in Picture--Drama and Picture--Comedy, 1 point in Foreign Language Film)
10. Heksagon (20 points, 2 points in Picture--Drama, Picture--Comedy, 0 points in Foreign Language Film)

And a special mention for Eric, who was alone in predicting the Happy Feet song for the win.

Congrats to one and all!

Alright...the polls are closed. I will post the results either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Also, I forgot to include Best Animated Feature in my original post when I was describing the rules. Therefore, I am not counting that category, because some of the earlier posts did not include predictions for it.

Good luck and enjoy the show.

I wonder if I shouldn't hedge my bets and go for an Affleck upset?
