And, obviously, first film (and only third ever) to win three acting awards since Network.

For the record A Streetcar Named Desire was the first to win 3 acting awards.

Huge gaps between these films - 25 years between Streetcar and Network. And 47 years between Network and Everything.

Never. Everything, Everywhere All At Once is the first. Three films managed five: It Happened One Night, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and The Silence of the Lambs.

If I counted correctly there were 5 Best Picture nominees that were completely shut out. Is that a record?

Not quite. Back in 2013, only 4 films out of 9 nominees won something.

Almost everything I wanted to see win lost tonight. But it was mostly a very enjoyable show. A huge improvement over the last couple of years, although it did have its considerable low points.

And India didn't do too shabbily either.
