At last night's Grammy ceremonies (or the pre-show awards, at any rate), Viola Davis won a Grammy for Best Audio Book, Narration, And Storytelling Recording for her memoir Finding Me, completing her EGOT and becoming the 18th person to do. She also becomes one of the rarer EGOT winners who won all four for performing (as opposed to, for example, the most recent EGOT winner Jennifer Hudson, who won her Emmy for "Outstanding Interactive Media for a Daytime Program" for executive producing an animated short that's exclusively available on Oculus). Hopefully this lessens the sting of missing an Oscar nomination this year.
