It would be like telling an encyclopedia that they couldn't print someone's birthday. I ultimately think it will be struck down int he courts.

This might work for AFI and other databases that operate out of the State of California, but does it have any teeth? IMDb. originated in the U.K. in 1990, but since 1998 has been a subsidiary of Amazon whose home address is in the State of Washington.
