This one is an easy pick for me.
David and Bathsheba is one of the most boring films ever made, one of the worst biblical epics of which there were many as the rest of Hollywood tried to outdo Cecil B. DeMille at his own game. Gregory Peck and Susan Hayward were so good in so many roles it's quite shocking to find how bad they were this far into their storied careers. It's incomprehensible to me how this thing was nominated for five Oscars including one for its sleep-inducing screenplay.
