Let's see...soon after I turned 29, Driving Miss Daisy won the Oscar for Best Picture. OUCH!

I believe I was just finishing fourth grade (US equivalent, it's technically 3rd grade but first grade here is called "Prep", it's complicated) then.

And btw, Magilla, it's Irvin. :)

Thanks, guys!

Sabin, I think you and I started here around the same time. Damn, we were both still in our "teen" years.

It was a relatively uneventful birthday. I had the day off from work, I ate lunch with the family, then they left for an overnight outing that I didn't want to go to and I spent my birthday watching Dr. No and eating pizza which wasn't half-bad.

29, I'm officially starting to feel old.

HAHAHAHA!

I can't think of any way to feel prematurely aged than someone in their late twenties being confused with a thirty year old. Especially because people do that to me now.

You're seriously 29? Jesus Christ, buddy. How long have you been coming to this Board? I know I started up in 1998 which is rather astonishing.

Sorry if I'm the one who caused the confusion.

He's 29, not 30. At 29, however, he enters his 30th year. Let's not age him prematurely!

The calendar says 29...where are we getting 30 from?
