Vice President possibilities

Heard this discussed today on the radio. Who do you think might be the Democrat and Republican nominees for vice president?
As Canadians , we find the scene mesmerizing, and follow the action re primaries etc. I should say that on a radio poll, the majority of callers were pro-Obama.

We have our own Republican-clones--the Conservatives( nationally) forming the majority in a Minority Government, and the Liberals( who AREN'T liberals at all , provincially) Never try to understand Canadian politics if you are American!
