Based on the cast & crew involved, I think Charlie Wilson's War, Rendition & Reservation Road might be the big players.
With a Southern accent...
"Don't you dare lie to me!" and...
"You threaten my congeniality, you threaten me!"

-------

"You shouldn't be doing what you're doing. The truth is enough!"
"Are you and Perry?" ... "Please, Nelle."

As for Streep and Close, I would say not at all.

The winds are howling and I can't sleep, what better time to wander over to Gold Derby and see who the sick puppies over there have picked to win next year's Oscars. It ain't pretty!

Look for Zodiac to take best picture, director (David Fincher) and actor Robert Downey, Jr. over Ther Devil Knows You're Dead and its director Sidney Lumet and star Philip Seymour Hoffman and Lindsay Lohan to take supporting actress for Chapter 27 about the guy who shot John Lennon. Look for Willem Dafoe will win supporting actor for The Walker in which Woody Harrelson stars as a middle-aged gigolo. Look for Vanessa Redgrave to take best actress for Evening while the film's other high profile players including Meryl Streep and Glenn Close aren't even nominated.

Wanna bet most of these will be up for Razzies instead?
