Yes, there are some oldies and goodies, but anything post-war(WW2) seems to be a Grade B horror flick.

Technology is amazing. This site is a very comprehensive and contains some real classics like Nosferatu, Metropolis, L'Age D'or, Zero for Conduct, etc.
