CLEAR COOKIES IN MICROSOFT EDGE

I previously cleared cookies on the site but still had the same access problem but in clicking on settings in Microst Edge and going down the list of cookies for each site found 12 for UUADB, 9 for www.uaabd.com and 3 for https://www.uaadb.com - cleared all 12 and, voila, I can now get on with Microsoft Edge again.
