It's an MGM film, copyright now held by Warner Bros. and not in public domain. TCM used to show it quite frequently.
Amazon has a used copy of the Warner Archive release for $11.

Does anyone know if this is considered public domain or if there's a cheap or easy way to catch this movie? I think it might be my best option for getting a behind-the-scenes look at film production in the 1920s.
