If anyone had told me 5 years ago after watching the insufferable OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies that Michel Hazanavicius would go on to win a best director Oscar I would have laughed myself silly. Never say never and with the Oscars anything is possible.

Do we have precedent for Picture/Director and nothing else but costumes??
