Los Angeles Magazine has published an, article?, expose?, I'm not sure what, exactly, on Yashar Ali. If you are at all active on Twitter, you know who he is, even if you don't follow him. He probably still shows up in your feed multiple times a week. He's famous for tweeting a lot about animals, for tweeting a lot about his celebrity connections, and for sticking his extensive twitter followings on anyone he gets angry at.
