Good catch. A number of films are in the wrong year. I started a process over two years ago to add additional categories and found a number in the wrong year - mainly due in misinformation based on books, etc prior to the internet. I finally got around to finishing it when I was on holidays in Europe. I've recently discovered four more films that are in the wrong year. Atlantic City should be 1980 using a constant criteria of first commercial release anywhere in the world. There are also some Australian films which I saw prior to their actual release year that I need to update. I'm going to update all my should have beens on the board in the coming months. I'm going on a 10 days trip to the outback in May so I should be able to get them updated then (I hope).

In the meantime, I've updated my 1962 preferences below.

Not to be too picky, but Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner was released in L.A. in 1963 making it eligible for that year's Oscars, not 1962's.
