They're not even altering the film itself. They're just cutting a blooper.

There's a scene in the film where the toys ogle Barbie Dolls and that's staying in.

This is the company that refuses to release Song of the South. Does this really seem that "mad?" And they are simply removing it from further productions. It's not like they are ordering a recall.

Now this is political correctness gone completely and utterly mad.

There would be tens of millions of copy of the film as it was released in 1999 around the entire planet on DVD & Blu Ray. Erasing this scene is beyond belief:
