New York Times Poll

Post by Big Magilla »

I'm not sure you can access this without an on-line subscription, but if you can see it, let me know if you agree that there is something fishy going on here.

Most categories have around 20,000 votes with Nomadland winning everything it's nominated for including Best Actress, with Hopkins and Colman winning for The Father and Kaluuya winning for Judas and the Black Messiah in the other acting categories. OK, the Times has a lot of British subscribers so I can see that, but then you get to International Feature where there are over 52,000 votes with Quo Vadis, Aida? winning with 94% of the vote to 4% for Another Round and 1% for each of the other nominees. Looks like somebody is stuffing the ballot box.
