A year of good albeit rather depressing films. There Will Be Blood tops my list, followed by No Country for Old Men; Into the Wild; Away From Her and Atonement and Paul Thomas Anderson gets my vote for Best Director.

I hold that There Will Be Blood is the best film of the past 10 years.

For me its between the two masterpieces of the decade, NCFOM and TWBB, overall I go with No Country I think its more tighter and has more depth than Anderson's film.
