Looks like no one is NOT predicting a nod for Streep. This is horrible for film. (Blaming the voters, not the predictors.)

People who vote to nominate Streep this year, like they did last year...these people are the worst. Wasting a nomination on Streep when a more deserving actress could get a major career boost. They're basically limiting the best actress category to only 4 spots up for grabs.
